We signed up a while ago, but I can’t remember my own, or my kids usernames and passwords! How can I figure this out? Can you send them to me in an email?
Yes you can reset your password or find it out. When you get to the Typsey login screen you can click on the “I forgot my password” button. It will ask you to enter your email address and a temporary password will be sent via email. Did you try that? If not please try to contact customer support.

@AGM is right! You can receive a password reset link via email by clicking the “I forgot my password” button on the sign in page.
