I bought Typesy for my family but I can’t figure out how to add my kids. There is no information about this on your site like FAQs or Help. Please make this an easier platform as what it should be.

You need to sign out first of your account then the “Sign Up” window will appear to create another user account. For more information on how to sign out, please see https://www.typesy.com/help/.
Each user needs a unique email address to set up the user account. This will be helpful in case someone forgets his/her password because the software will require entering either username or email to reset the password. If your daughter does not have her own email address, you can use a dummy email to create the user account. Just make sure to keep a copy of her username and password for future reference.
