Reset Password for Individual Users

I have purchased the Individual version and I forgot my password. I tried the forgot password button but haven’t received any email yet.

Can you check your spam folder as well, please? Usually, our emails are filtered out as spam.

If you are using a dummy email address, please email us at helpdesk@ereflect.com so that we can provide you a temporary password.
