Tips for Healty Typing Practice

Please give us some tips on how can I apply a healthy typing practice.

Hi there,

If you spend long hours each day typing, it’s important to take regular breaks to keep the circulation of air and blood going strongly through your body, and to rest your eyes as well as stretch out your muscles. If you find that your hands are starting to cramp or ache, you can try some quick hand massage techniques to help loosen muscles and tendons.

Hi Ellen,

The chair you choose can affect your comfort and, thus, your productivity. When sitting in your chair, your feet should be flat on the ground and your knees should be at a 90 degree angle. If this is not true for you, you can adjust the height of your chair.
