@emdoggy7 - at that rate of improvement, by the time you reach middle school, you’ll likely be more proficient at typing than most of your teachers

I was just wondering if you were new or old to the program because you seem really good.
The average wpm is 5wpm x Grade#
So since your 12 years old, you should be in 7th grade.
So plug that in and it’s 5(wpm) x 7(th grade), or 5 x 7 = 35wpm
Your average should be 35 wpm.
(Keep at it and you’ll get it! Just practice and it’ll come more naturally.)
Now hattiebyrne on the other hand, they’re about 3.43 times the average for their age!

I’m about 12-13 and I type like 120-180 WPM on QWERTY with about 98% to 99% Accuracy even though English isn’t my main language. I’ve never practiced, just games lol.

No clue. My first game ever was one of those online flash games like ages ago on those old laptops. I still remember the game, it was that like one where you went through glass and stuff with a Car or Bike, can’t exactly remember.

Btw, have you tried Nitro Type yet? It’s a the best typing race game I’ve found yet.

It quite is an atrocious speed for your age. I am currently eleven-years-old at the moment and type at 137wpm, and i’d like to give you some advice- don’t give up! Keep on going, you’re doing a great job!
