Avoid Headaches when typing

Hi, how can I avoid headaches when doing my typing practice?

Hi there,

To avoid headaches, your head should be held upright, not tilted forward or backward, because a tilted head can create strain.

Hi Presley,

Here are some other things you may want to try to avoid a headache when typing. First, be sure that you are in a well-lit space. Stop and take a break every 20 minutes or so, just long enough to focus on something that is beyond your computer. If you can’t see beyond the monitor, try looking out a window. It also helps to make sure you blinking, and keeping your eyes hydrated. Lastly, check to see that you are 20-40 inches away from your monitor. Adjust the distance if it isn’t working for you. These items may help reduce eye strain, and in turn, a headache.
