So this pun is actually an excerpt from the book called “from the White House to the Amish” written by Katrina Hoover Lee.
The family had just eaten a huge Thanksgiving dinner and Tom told this pun.
“I won’t be able to fit into any of my clothes when we get back!” Sharon lamented. “Not sure if I will either,” Tom agreed. “Maybe we should go find a paint store.” Sharon shot him a confused but unsuspecting look. “Why a paint store? To paint ourselves so we look better?” “No I just heard we can get thinner there.”
