It always gives the "email already in use" error message

I tried signing up after purchasing Typesy, even tried a different email address, and I am always getting the "Email Already In Use" error. I have not created a Typesy acount before.


It seems that you already have an account under our other programs - Vocab1, Spreeder CX, 7Spell or 7 Speed Reading. Can you try logging in with your login credentials (with other programs) to Typesy? It will ask for an activation code afterward, kindly copy and paste the code.

Sorry to hear you were having issues. Were you able to log in with credentials from another program? Does that seem to make sense as to where the issue lies?
