I bought Typesy from Amazon before, can you check it on your end? I have some questions regarding my account.

I’m afraid we don’t actually have access with our clients account as it will be against our privacy terms and conditions. Also, we don’t hold anything on how the customer will use the program

Have you tried logging into Typesy with your email? If it’s a case of not being able to remember your login credentials, you might be able to recover your password from the app.
