Hi, I believe I purchased for 5 users. My daughter’s account worked fine but my son can’t. It says that the code was invalid. I got this code when I made the purchase but there was no confirmation email so I was quite hesitant if my purchase went through. Please confirm that I purchased 5 licenses.

This message is to confirm that you already have the Individual Package of Typesy which includes licenses for 5 users.
Regarding the 2nd and other users, you need to sign up another account using the same email address. You may use dummy account for this and use the same activation code.
Since codes are case sensitive, we recommend to just copy and paste it.

Were you able to get your son’s account set up ok? I certainly hope so.
As Aidan mentioned, the Individual package allows up to five users, so you should absolutely be able to add your son on to the account with your daughter. Since your activation code is unique and is what you’ll need to add additional users (up to the five), I suggest keeping it somewhere safe!
