Hi, the program is no longer recording progress. My student’s previously completed levels are locked, and I had to unlock them all myself for her to continue training. Then today after finishing training, the program has failed to record progress. The program is basically unusable now. Is this a glitch? It doesn’t seem to be resolving. Is there any help available?
