My courses are not working now, how do I fix this? I believe I still have the 2017 version

The program is fine.

You may need to update your Typesy version in order for the courses to work :slight_smile:

2018 and earlier versions are already outdated. To update your program, kindly email or submit a ticket to helpdesk@ereflect.com

Hall of fame displays top users with most accumulated points for the week. Not total accumulated points since the user has started using it.

Mine is also not working properly. The courses just time out saying they need an internet connection. I have a great connection so the error is with the Typesy servers I would say.
I sent a message to support, the reply said it will be reported to the Devs.

We need to practice, please get this fixed.
