I recently purchase Typesy software and created my own account and would like my son to have access to it but he is living on another place. He already created his account. However, after that step done, the system asks the activation code and it does not work!

Because the code contains numbers and letters, we don’t recommend typing it. Instead, you should copy and paste the code into the activation key box.

If for some reason you are unable to copy and paste your activation code, don’t give up if it doesn’t work the first time! These codes are very case-sensitive and sometimes a 1 may look like a lower case L, an upper case O may be mistaken for a zero, etc.
@isobelramsey - it has been a while since you posted - was your son able to use your activation code successfully? I certainly hope the issue was easily fixable!
