Because activation code is composed of letters and numbers, and is case sensitive, we recommend copying and pasting it to avoid error.

Were you able to sign in? Those case sensitive fields can be very picky sometimes. I’m hoping by now you’re in and well on your way to typing mastery!

Never received a code even though they keep asking me for one. Can’t log in anymore.
Customer service is non-existent.
