Hi everyone! Here’s how you can check on your student’s login information. This will come in handy, especially if you forgot or you don’t know their username/email or password.
To view their log in credentials, first head over to (click on this blue link): Typesy and click on the FIRST NAME of the student.
You will be moved to their Student Dashboard. Click on the 3 dots user menu and click on Get Login Info to view their username/email and password.
Additionally, if you want to change their password, you may click on Edit from the dropdown. You can also add an email address if you would like, as well as change their information. You’ll also see the reset password, enroll in class, and delete progress option (which I hope you’ll never use).
You can also set their goals, and if you’re wondering what the “Log in As” option is for, it’s so that you can log in to their account. You’ll be able to see all the courses added, and etc. Just make sure to not work on any of their lessons while you’re there as any progress made will be saved as well.
