I am new in Typesy and it was recommended that I should try to achieve 30 WPM but does that mean that is the my limit because I am aiming for 50-60 WPM one day.
Hi,
As a starting goal. You can change it once you have reached 30wpm.

Hello, @miarosegale - I love that you have high goals for yourself!
To help you in setting goals, it might be helpful to know that the average typist can type 41 words per minute (WPM); typing at or above 57 WPM is deemed above average. But it’s important to maintain those good typing habits - a high WPM with low accuracy is not a desirable goal. Don’t push yourself too fast if you find you’re making a lot of mistakes.
Starting with a smaller goal will ensure you focus on all of the right things! Remember that keyboarding ability is measured in both speed and accuracy. If you try to reach your goal of 50- 60 WPM too fast, you may find you sacrifice accuracy to reach that speed goal.
Reach that 30 WPM goal first, throw yourself a little celebration, and then forge on to pushing for 50!
You’ll have to come back and let us know when you’ve mastered the skill - we’re rooting for you!
Regards,
Kerry
