Hi there, I’d like to add one more user as a teacher to my account. But every time I try to make a payment it won’t go through.
Do I need to upgrade to the next “homeschool package?”
I’d be happy to do that, I just don’t see a way to do it on my end.
Can someone help me please? I’ve emailed support and received just a link to the help videos.
