Hi, I tried the first video on lesson one but if stopped after few seconds even though my internet connection was fine.
We are sorry you experienced this issue. Typesy uses an advanced adaptive video streaming service that’s similar to those used by YouTube and Netflix. We find that most pausing issues are caused by local internet issues. This is especially an issue during the coronavirus pandemic where more people are at home, putting more pressure on local internet connection infrastructure.

It has been a while since you posted - have you had more luck with Typesy? I certainly hope so!
I have worked remotely for a couple of years now, and Marc is right - I have certainly noticed far more internet issues since the pandemic lockdowns. Especially in the evenings.
I hope that whatever was causing you problems has been an easy fix and you are now well on your way to typing mastery!
