When I first purchased Typesy, I was able to simply press the ‘continue’ option, taking me back to the place I left off. Now I have to scroll down through all my completed lessons to find where I need to be.
Have I inadvertently turned this feature off, is there a fault or has the option been removed???
Every time I start Typesy, it is EXTREMELY frustrating, having to go through that process when I didn’t have to previously
Sorry to hear you’re experiencing issues - certainly sounds frustrating!
What device/program are you using? Do you have the same issues across all devices? Ie, does this issue persist in the web app?
Wish I had advice for you, but I’m not sure I’ve ever experienced what you’re describing. I do know other bugs have been resolved by switching between devices until the bug has been fixed. Perhaps you could send a screen shot of what you’re seeing? Or perhaps it’s worth getting in touch with customer support directly.
