- You can switch to the ticket creation page or the Knowledge Base anytime.
- There are multiple categories available, and the General section applies to all versions. Simply click on an article title or click on more to see all of the available article guides.

You can easily navigate the Knowledge Base if you’re reading an article by clicking on the name of the section (i.e: Click on Typesy Homeschool to go back to its own section).
You can also change the reading mode to have the best reading experience.
