The Caret symbol (ˆ) is not working in the Symbols course

The caret symbol is not working for me in the symbols course. My button works just fine. See ^ . But it isn’t working in the symbols course. Am i the only one facing this issue.

Okay I’ve been able to sort out the problem.
Your keyboard settings must be the US input source and not US international Pc
