Stats are broken for me


since yesterday I get an error when I want to look at my stats:


Something’s not right. Please try again later.

Logging out and then in again, doesn’t help.

Do you need any more information from me? This is a frustrating bug as I want to monitor my progress.

Same problem here. I posted it as well, yesterday, but apparently my post is still “under review”.


It’s getting worse. Now I get this error, when internet is working perfectly:

We need an Internet connection to do this. Please check your Internet and try again. We suggest checking your Wi-Fi, Cellular, or other network settings.

Could someone please at least acknowledge that there are problems at the moment?

Apologies for the delay in response!

Our developers were working on this and made a fix. Can you check the stats right now, please?

Also, can you confirm which device you are working on?

Hi, thanks all is fine now. I work on a Linux system using typesy online in a Firefox browser.


@obestwalter - sorry to hear you were having issues and happy to know all is well now! Personally, I haven’t had any issues with the program - I use a PC laptop and the Chrome browser.
