I heard typing can help you earn money but how does it help?

I regret not improving my typing skill earlier. It might be unusual but I realized I should not have taken this for granted earlier. When I was still a student, I was a Feasibility Study and Research leader. We did a lot of typing/encoding stuff and my typing speed had always hindered me from accomplishing our output on time. The moment I graduated and looked for a job, the company I was applying for required us to undergo a typing exam to be able to proceed with the second step of the application but unfortunately, I failed. All because I had a low typing speed. So I decided to master such skill and used my current company’s own typing program called Typesy and I improved a lot. From an average of 40 WPM, I am now at 80 WPM and still looking forward to reach 100 WPM soon. Touch typing is an important skill to have because you can use it in work or even if you are still a student. It’s one way to increase your efficiency and gain an edge. It improves your time management and setting of priorities. If you have a good typing speed, you can apply for part time jobs online that could add to your earnings. There are lots of job websites that seeks for typist.

Typing is a skill that can help in many areas of your life. Learning to type faster and with more accuracy makes you more efficient. You may qualify for jobs that you do not currently or just become faster at completing your work or communicating online. Faster typing means more time for you to get ahead!
