Progress Reset/Deleted

Users’ progress has been reset and went into a completely new curriculum!

In case Typesy users had this experience, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

It seems that the default curriculum was set to Typesy Kids (or a different curriculum). Can the user change the curriculum on to Interactive?

Also, for Homeschool accounts, activating a curriculum would need this process:

Kindly go to Class > Select the Class > Curriculum Tab > Enable desired Curriculum. I have attached a screenshot.

I hope this fixes the issue.
