The different curriculums NEED to be customizable. I only have students for a quarter for Information Technology and get to type for maybe 4 weeks. It would take some of them 2 weeks just to get through the Home Row lessons. I have told them to do 10 lessons then skip to Top Row and do 10 Lessons. Then, skip to Bottom Row and do 10 lessons.

I was told that this program adapts to students and their mastery/progress. So far it does not and I am very disappointed.

Also, for the typing time, it counts how long they are in the app not actually typing. FIX THIS. Typing Agent does a FANTASTIC job of just tracking the amount of time students ACTUALLY spend typing.

Hi Laura,

Thank you for your feedback regarding Typesy! For teachers and admins, you have the option to not provide the entire curriculum.

This was included in this update under assign individual courses: Typesy August 2023 Update | Typesy

Regarding the training time in Typesy, it only records the amount of time spent with activity.

This includes any time spent actually working on a curriculum or playing the typing games (which requires them to press keys on their keyboard). Typesy will not include this information if your students simply login and idle or not work on anything.
