Does typing help improve our brain function?


When you type using the touch-typing method, you are activating quite a lot of memory skills. Muscle memory in your fingers and hands tells you the position of the keys and the spacing between them. You also have to remember how to spell words and the functions of all of the different keys.

The act of training and putting the time into developing any new skill is a excellent way to improve your brain function I feel. I haven’t looked into it but the act of using both hands at a given task must help stimulate both halves of the hemisphere in the brain. Keep typing :slightly_smiling_face:
