Can you email us at helpdesk@ereflect.com, please? Indicate where you made the purchase of Typesy - is it through our website, Amazon, Google PlayStore, Apple Store?
Also, kindly check your spam folder if you received any welcome email from us. It should include the Activate Link or Activation code.
For Apple Store and Google PlayStore, it does not require activation code as long as you create an account using the app and device used for purchase. Kindly use another email address for a new account.
