How long will it take to finish typesy if I do
about 2 to 3 lessons a day . . . and do it 7 days a week ?
I hope to finish it before the next school year ,
but is that even possible ?

The answer to that will vary depending on a couple of things - which curricula you are using, your innate speed of progress, the adaptability of the program to skip lessons, etc.
To give a rough ballpark, you can expect to spend around 40-45 hours to get through the program. If you commit to 30 minutes a day, like you said, that means you should be finishing up somewhere around 12 weeks from now.
So to answer your question - yes, it is possible to put in enough time to finish the program by next school year. That being said, even if you haven’t reached the end of the program, you will absolutely be proficient in touch typing by then. If you truly dedicate yourself to 2-3 lessons, 7 days a week, you should be touch typing relatively well after only a month!
