Hi Elijah, are you using Typesy Homeschool by any chance?

You can share this with your parent-teacher, so they can provide you with your certificate: **[Certificate of Completion](https://helpdesk.ereflect.com/portal/en/kb/articles/certificate-of-completion)**

If you are using Typesy VIP, you will need to complete of all of the levels in a curriculum, and request us for the certificate.

You may submit a ticket with the request, and we’ll be right with you as soon as possible, here: **[Helpdesk](https://helpdesk.ereflect.com/portal/en/newticket?departmentId=172636000000006907&layoutId=172636000002004011)**
