My son worked for 30 minutes today on his typing lessons but when I check his training time, it’s showing he only did 11.9 minutes. It hasn’t accurately shown the number of minutes he worked on any of his assigned days. Why is that? Is it only measuring the time he’s in certain portions of the lesson and not clocking time when he’s, says, playing a game or something?

Hi there,

Typesy logs time spent in activities only. The activity includes videos, audio lessons, typing lessons, and games. If the program is paused or he is not doing any activity, then it won’t be considered as part of the total training time.
