# Trouble starting the program

I bought the program and tried to download it from this link [https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/p/typesy-existing-customers-only/9pkxp2k812kh#activetab=pivot:overviewtab](https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/p/typesy-existing-customers-only/9pkxp2k812kh#activetab=pivot:overviewtab) but nothing happens.

HI Lukas,

That’s an extension for browser, you can find it in the settings for Extensions. You can use this:

It has been a few months since you posted - I’m hoping the correct link did the trick, you were able to successfully create an account, and are now well on your way to typing mastery! Any advice for anyone who may be struggling with the same steps you were?
