# How long are each lesson?

I would like to know how long it takes to complete each lesson befor we start.

Typesy’s lessons vary differently. On average, users can finish a lesson in 3 to 7 minutes. But it would still depend on a user’s typing speed.

Hello, @falakford!

The answer to your question will vary depending on a couple of things - which curricula you are using, your innate speed of progress, etc. To give a rough ballpark, you can expect to spend around 40-45 hours to get through the entire program. The lessons themselves are very short, designed to be squeezed into the busiest of days if needed since consistent, daily practice is key.

If you dedicate yourself to 2-3 lessons, 7 days a week, you should be touch typing relatively well after only a month!
