# Does ergonomic keyboard improve or hinder your typing ability?

I want to buy an ergonomic keyboard but I am not so sure if this is worthy.

Hi!

Maybe if you were used to typing in a regular keyboard, it will be hard for you at first. But as soon as you get used to it, it will be more comfortable because it is designed to avoid Carpal Tunnel and Repetitive Strain Injury
