Is anyone else with a free trial having trouble cancelling the subscription? I have submitted multiple tickets and used the chat option and have received no help.
Yes me too, let me know if you have success. My trial ends tomorrow and I really don’t want to pay when we aren’t using it.
I have sent 2 support requests and also 2 support requests through the chat and still no luck. All I get is automated responses that they will get back to me and they never have. I really wish there was a number I could call.
I sent a Facebook message to the Typesy page and they have responded and cancelled my free trial. I hope you have luck getting yours cancelled as well.
