Is anyone else with a free trial having trouble cancelling the subscription? I have submitted multiple tickets and used the chat option and have received no help.

Yes me too, let me know if you have success. My trial ends tomorrow and I really don’t want to pay when we aren’t using it.

I have sent 2 support requests and also 2 support requests through the chat and still no luck. All I get is automated responses that they will get back to me and they never have. I really wish there was a number I could call.

I sent a Facebook message to the Typesy page and they have responded and cancelled my free trial. I hope you have luck getting yours cancelled as well.

I signed up with them yesterday 7.26.21 for the 7 day free trial and they charged me $17. I requested my subscription to be cancelled, but after reading all of your comments, I contacted my bank requested a refund and had a stop payment placed on them!!!

This is for future reference for anyone who will be visiting this thread. Here are some articles to guide your through the cancelation process with the monthly VIP subscriptions.

If you don’t want to do any of these, the easiest way is to create and send a ticket to our Helpdesk which is open 7 days a week (not 24 hours tho. We need to sleep! haha), and one of our friendly Support Specialists will be there to assist you.
Please use an email address that we can send our confirmation to when creating the ticket. Otherwise, we won’t have any means to contact you and let you know how the process went.
We don’t do complicated, so we’ll work on it as fast as we can. I also recommend NOT thinking about canceling on the last day of your 7-day free trial subscription to avoid any charges.
